Ward — Art Workshop

Art · 6 images — scroll ↓

I conducted an art workshop for the visually impaired titled “Ward”, which was designed as an inclusive and sensory-based artistic experience that goes beyond visual perception.
The workshop focused on touch, texture, and imagination as primary tools for artistic expression. Participants explored different materials through tactile interaction and used raised lines and simple forms to create artworks that reflected their emotions and personal experiences.
The aim of this workshop was to empower participants to express themselves freely, build confidence in their creative abilities, and provide a supportive environment that encourages exploration and self-discovery.
This experience reinforced my belief in art as a powerful form of human connection and highlighted the importance of inclusive design and socially engaged art that celebrates diversity and accessibility.
